Licensed Applications

What is it?:
This feature is used to see the record of all licensed software in web applications used by different users in an organization.

Why it is important:

Licensed Apps in the OptimusHive solution give an in-detail report of Licensed Applications used by different agents in the organization. Through the visual representation of data in the report, the agent can get the complete details of Licensed Applications for different activities, departments, and time duration.

Export to excel:

In addition to column filters, agents can easily download the list of all the licensed web applications used by the different agents by clicking on the export to Excel option.

Adding column Filter for Licensed Applications:

Agents can easily get a more filtered list of licensed applications used by different users within the organization in terms of Activity, agent user, department, current month, or previous month by using Column Filter.

What is each of the columns in the list?

• Activity: List all the activities performed by agents
• Agent user: The agent that performed the actions associated with the different business positions.
• Department: This is the Department the Agent User is assigned to
• Current Month: Business position report for the current month
• Previous Month: Business position report for the previous month
• Last 30 Days: List all the activities performed by agents within the last 30 Days.
• Current 30 Days: View all the activities performed by agents within the current 30 Days.
