Weekly Report:

The team’s activity and output for the previous week are summarized in the Weekly Digest email. It’s a terrific approach to quickly gauge important indicators and spot any areas that could require more attention.

The “Optimus Hive Weekly Digest” subject line should appear in your email every Monday morning.

The Weekly Digest can be turned on or off.

Optimus Hive login users may choose whether to receive or not get the Weekly Digest from their Optimus Hive profile.

• Log into Optimus Hive and choose your initials from the menu in the top right.
• From the drop-down option, choose Optimus Hive Profile.
• Click the “Update Profile” button after checking or unchecking the box next to “Enable Weekly Digest” in your Optimus Hive profile.

The weekly report for users will be sent on their accounts. This report can also be enabled or disabled by admins and configurators with access to settings.

Weekly Report Summary

A high-level summary of team activities for the prior week is provided in the Weekly report, along with access to reports where you may dig further into the data. You may also find tools to help you get the most out of Optimus Hive, release updates, and product advice.

Trend in Productivity

Check to see if the overall number of productive hours for your team changed from one week to the next.

Team Screenshots:

Keep tabs on your account’s licensing by keeping track of the overall number of licenses, reporting users as well as non-reporting along with newly added users.

NOTE: Team screenshots will not appear in the Weekly Report for users without the Administrator authority.

Your Team’s Efficiency

Get a rundown of team output for the previous week, including overall output, change from week to week, and the day with the most output.
