Optimushive App Navigation Menu

The Optimus Hive’s navigation menu has been updated as of March 21, 2022 to make it simpler and quicker to discover what you’re looking for utilizing more logical grouping of pages, the sequence they are presented, and more recognizable titles. Customers complained that our outdated navigation made it difficult to find the proper page. For instance, consumers sometimes needed to check the Settings and Account sections twice before locating the appropriate page.

New Grouping Notion:

The new navigation organizes related pages to make it simpler to view all of a feature’s attributes or related sorts of settings pages. The following pages have been relocated for your convenience.

  • Now, under “Alarms,” are all functions that are alarm-based, including:
    • screenshots, including all of its child pages (Latest Per User, History, Redaction, and Flagging)
    • Under Alarms, Video History is now shown as “Videos.” (Note: Only those who have this add-on see the videos.)
    • Risk Level and Alarm Log are now located under Alarms rather than Live Reports.
    • Account notifications were relocated to Alarms and deleted from Notifications.
    • Note: The configuration pages for the Screenshot and Video capabilities have been eliminated because they may also be set up on the page for alarms.
  • Account and Settings have been moved under Settings. To make it simpler to identify and locate the appropriate page, we’ve grouped together the related settings pages.
  • Users & Groups now contain all information pertaining to the workers and agents on their devices such as:
    • User Agents
    • Computer Agents
    • Groups
    • User Aliases
    • Computer Aliases
    • Chromebook Users
    • Do Not Track
  • All the pages relevant to granting colleagues access to the App are now displayed under Access. This comprises:
    • App Access (formerly known as “Access”)
    • Role Access
    • OptimusHive Profile
    • Weekly Digest

The new Security name now displays both security pages, including:

  • Configuration
  • Audit

Blocking has been moved to Settings.

Daily Reports

According to their popularity, we’ve rearranged the reports within Live Reports. Your favorite reports are easier to discover as a result. The revised list is:

  • Best Users
  • Productivity
  • Working Schedule
  • Best Websites
  • Leading Applications
  • Leading Categories
  • Activity Record

Note that both the log Risk Level and Alarm are now located under Alarms. The pages haven’t undergone any additional revisions.
