Task Discovery

• what it is To view the individual task recording flows captured through Discover client, click on the list icon (View Task Cases) appeared when hovering the mouse over that task. By clicking view task cases icon, page displays all the selected task cases/instances within last 7 days. User name, device name and timestamp of the task case where it got recorded, can be viewed in the list grid as shown in the below screen. User can change the start and end dates and search task cases within that specific duration. By clicking calendar icons on the textbox, a date picker opens up. After selecting dates for both Start date and End date, user needs to click on the search icon to view the task cases during this duration. Task Mining

• What It Is : Task Mining analyze and process Business and Desktop data to provide a fuller picture of how your business execute both process-wise and people-wise. • What It Looks Like: You see a similar screen when you first enter the Task Mining dashboard. There are four different parameters for you filter the entire data. Figure# 7 o Task: It will show all the enlisted tasks in the drop down. You can even search to select the appropriate. For this instance, we have Mock Process, Test Process, and User Transitioning. Figure# 8 o Range of Time: You can select preset range of time like Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 3 months, Last 6 months, Last 7 days, and Custom Range. In case of Custom Range, you will need to hit APPLY once you done selecting the start and end time. o Departments: If you don’t select any, the tab will show all the departments. You can search for any department or select any from the preset list. Figure# 9 o Agent Users: By default, the result includes data for all the users.
