Installing the Agent through a USB

  1. Go to the Optimushive Dashboard by logging in.
  2. Press the arrow to the right side of the “Download Optimushive agent” button. and Choose the agent version that corresponds with your machine’s operating system that requires the Optimushive agent’s installation.
  3. The installation should then be saved to a USB disc.
  4. Connect the USB Drive to the system and launch the installation.
  5. Open the agent file, then follow the installer’s instructions when asked.

To perform a USB install, download the agent to your system, copy the installer into a USB drive, and then launch the file on the target machine using the USB drive. This prevents any traces of visiting Optimushive from remaining on the system and enables the agent to operate silently in the backend without giving away any changes.
