About Optimus Hive
Optimus Hive is built by AI Transitioning, the company that owns the suite. Optimus Hive's three products, Opus (task mining), Favus (process mining) and Via (transformation planning), help leaders decide which work to hand to AI agents.
Why we built Opus, Favus and Via
Our mission is to help leaders decide which work to hand to AI agents, based on evidence of how that work is done today. We built Opus, Favus and Via to show how work is done, what it costs and what should change.
Opus (task mining) shows how people actually do the work. A Windows agent records the applications, websites and time behind each task, once your administrator publishes a privacy policy. Opus then maps each task's steps and variants, and puts a cost on every recorded case.
Favus (process mining) shows how the end-to-end process really runs. Favus turns event logs from your business systems into process maps. Favus then shows the paths cases take, where they wait between steps and which cases leave the most common path.
Via (transformation planning) plans, prices and tracks the move of work to AI agents. In Via, every task has a current and a future performer, either a human role or an AI-agent role. Via calculates the hours, cost and business case, and tracks forecast against realized savings from the actuals your team enters.
The software supplies the evidence and the plan; your team decides which work moves. See how Opus, Favus and Via fit together as one method on one platform, with shared users and roles.
