Task Mining

• What It Is : Task Mining analyze and process Business and Desktop data to provide a fuller picture of how your business execute both
• What It Looks Like: You see a similar screen when you first enter the Task Mining dashboard. There are four different parameters for you filter the entire data. process-wise and people-wise.

Task: It will show all the enlisted tasks in the drop down. You can even search to select the appropriate. For this instance, we have Mock Process, Test Process, and User Transitioning.

• Range of Time: You can select preset range of time like Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 3 months, Last 6 months, Last 7 days, and Custom Range. In case of Custom Range, you will need to hit APPLY once you done selecting the start and end time.
• Departments: If you don’t select any, the tab will show all the departments. You can search for any department or select any from the preset list.

  • Agent Users: By default, the result includes data for all the users. You can search or select Users from the User Tab cloud to see specific user data.
